Once again I have a little catching up to do to bring my horse racing system result page up to date. Wunderdog's free horse racing picks for Wednesday are from Aqueduct and Penn National.
The first free pick is out of the 2nd race at Aqueduct, a 6 1/2 furlong state bred Allowance Optional Claiming for 3 year olds and up. Because of the mild winter on the east coast Aqueduct officials are moving racing to the outer track two weeks early.
Our Value Play system pick is also the top Wunderdog pick # 4 Cooper River. Cooper River was off at 4 to 1, a slight underlay to his 5 to 1 morning line. There were several Jockey changes in this race as Ramon Dominquez is off his mounts for a while as he recovers from an injury he sustained in the last race on Sunday. Both he and his mount Mob Wife are ok.
CC Lopez aboard Cooper River broke first from the gate and quickly established control of the race. The eventual winner of the race, #3 Haya's Boy pressured Cooper River overtaking him mid-stretch. Cooper River paid $4.00 to place and completed at $25.80 exacta. Using the Value Play System rules we made a $64.50 profit on the race.
The second free pick was out of the 1st race at Penn National. The 1st at Penn National was a $15,000 state bred claiming race run at 6 furlongs on the dirt. All 3 Wunderdog selections were shippers from nearby PARX. The system bet was #3 Bigstormrising, 4 to 1 morning line. Bigstormrising went off at 7 to 1 and ran a disappointing last. In fact all 3 of Wunderdog's picks finished as the bottom 3 in the race. Nothings perfect!! We last $20.00 in the race but made 1 $44.50 profit for the day.
On Thursday our free horse racing pick from Wunderdog was out of the first race at Aqueduct. As can happen at Aqueduct the race was riddled with scratches making the field very small. The Value Play horse racing system selection was #3 Mystical Rhythms.
The race developed into a 2 horse race from the start between top Wunderdog pick #1 Scott's Ally Cat and # 8 Celebrity Sighting. Top pick, Scott's Ally Cat won the race paying $6.30 to win and $3.10 to place. Celebrity Sighting placed paying $2.60 in the middle. The exacta paid $16.20. Playing the race using the system rules cost you $20.00 for the race.

Free Horse Racing System Cashes at Aqueduct
Wunderdog Free Horse Racing Pick - 3/18/2011 |
On Sunday our free horse pick from Wunderdog is out of the 2nd race at Aqueduct. The mild winter continues in the northeast and the Aqueduct inner track was fast. The second race is an Allowance Optional Claiming race for 3 year olds run at a mile.
Applying the Value Play system rules the system pick is #2 Little Wyatt. Little Wyatt, trained by Robert Barbara, gets the services of the red hot jockey Chuck Lopez. Little Wyatt broke his maiden last out at 6 furlongs and this is his first start a 2 turns. He should be on the front and Chuck Lopez is on of the best at getting a horse to relax on the lead.
True to form Little Wyatt, off at his 6 to 1 morning line, broke first and led the field to the top of the stretch. He was outfinished to the wire by Wunderdog's third pick #5, Ramon Dominquez and Quiet Man. Little Wyatt paid $7.80 in the middle and completed a $46.40 exacta with Quiet Man.
The Value Play horse racing system earned a $17.50 profit for the day.
